My work ranges from discovery, research, and workshop facilitation, to visuals and prototyping.
I’ve scaffolded workshops and created product-led experiences, user-centric portal experiences, custom dashboards, website redesigns, email campaigns, all facilitated through agile design processes.
My work stretches across the finance, healthcare, ecommerce, and entertainment sectors, which allows me to continually learn about users’ specific needs and desires, as well as unique business challenges, goals, and opportunities.
